"Tickrate" explanation.

I will explain what people mean about "Rates".

Rates in CS:S is more about the speed inwhich you send info to a server, its all about timing.

For 100tick servers rates should be set at 100.
66tick = rates at 66.
33tick = rates at 33 (tho i hope you all never play in 33tick servers).

Then theres the rate specific setting, it should be at 25000 - 30000 for high speed internet, and 15000 - 18000 for dialup.
